I fully support equal rights for all women. I will work to ensure that women receive equal pay for equal work, in addition to the paid family leave that all hardworking Texans deserve. Affordable childcare must also be a priority, as it is critical to the empowerment of women, who are too often asked to choose between providing care for their children and full participation in the workforce.
